We are a Singapore-based sports media narrowcasting start-up producing live streams of community, grassroots level, schools, special needs, and private sports events at national and international levels. Mohit Lalvani
Founder & CEO
Mohit brings more than 20 years of experience in developing businesses in the fields of sports and digital media production & broadcasting. An Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program graduate from The Wharton School, Mohit is an entrepreneur, innovator, and lateral thinker. Prior to founding 1 Play Sports in 2018, Mohit headed Business Development and Partnerships division at Eleven Sports Network for three years in Singapore and worked as Managing Director at BCP Pte Ltd, a digital media content specialist start-up in Singapore, for two years. Mohit has also led the marketing team at Delta Corp Ltd as the Chief Marketing Officer from 2012 to 2014 in India.
Daniel Maag
Director
Daniel is a banking veteran with 26 years of work experience spread across London, Zurich, Dubai, and Singapore. In addition, he is an astute early-stage venture capital investor. He presides as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at 1 Play Sports.
Rudra Dalmia
Rudra Dalmia, Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer at Paytm E-commerce Private Limited, is a seasoned professional with decades of experience in fintech, e-commerce, venture investments, & leading technology businesses. Rudra served as the Country Head & Managing Director of Saxo Bank India from 2011 to 2016 and serves on the advisory board of various tech &investments firms.

Unmish Parthasarathi
Unmish advises sports, media, and gaming companies on growth through sales, partnerships, and investments. An alumnus of St. Stephen's College, India, Cambridge University, UK, & London Business School, Unmish has decades of experience in sports media, sports tech, connecting content to commerce, and esports. Unmish has served IMG Media, BBC, ESPN, Fox, & the ICC Board as his employers and ONE Championship, Microsoft Sports, and Dolby Labs Inc as his clients.
Mark McFarlane
Mark, currently working as General Manager, APAC, Dugout Limited, is an expert in commercial sales, branded content partnerships, and platform growth in the broadcast, digital media, and tech sectors. His 15 years of experience and expertise in the field bring substantial strength to our company's strategic growth. Mark has also worked at Fox International Channels as Vice President, APAC & Middle East, and at Eurosport Asia as Commercial Director, APAC.
Ayaz Memon
Ayaz is a media veteran with over 40 years of experience in the sports media industry. Memon has worked as a sportswriter, editor, and columnist with several newspapers such as Mid-Day, Bombay Times, DNA, Times of India, Hindustan Times, and Deccan Chronicle. Memon has reported live ten Cricket World Cups, over 250 Test Matches, and 400 One-Day Internationals and authored four books on cricket and co-authored one on independent India's golden jubilee, India 50 – The Making of a Nation.

Anthony brings over 20 years of experience in customer relationship management and business development in the sports and travel industries to the team. At 1 Play Sports, he oversees business operations of the company, drives the company's expansion worldwide, liaises with all the country managers of the company, and heads the company's operations and expansion in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
John Yeong
Head of Content (Singapore) & Sports Presenter
A former Sport Singapore Social Media Lead and Executive Producer of SG Sports TV & Get Active TV from 2016 to 2020, John Yeong is the Head of Content & Sports Presenter at 1 Play Sports. John is a sports and social media marketing pundit with extensive reach in the two fields across Singapore.
Rohan Talwar
Head of Corporate Development
Rohan is an Investment Banking professional with 15 years of experience across Equity and Debt Capital Markets with a recent focus on Tech sector coverage, Fund Raising, Investor Relations, and M&A. A Business and Management Studies graduate and ex-UBS Executive Director, APCA, Rohan has tremendous experience in corporate development and investor relations.

Venkat creates video-on-demand content from India at 1 Play Sports. He leads the VOD team in India to capture and develop inspiring stories of sports and athletes. His diversified experience in creating branded content and impactful stories through video production brings immense proficiency to our team. Some of the big clients that he has worked for are Budweiser, Lakme Salon, US Embassy, Teach for India, and Rolling Stone.
Nuru Hassan Busigo
Country Head, Rwanda
At 1 Play Sports, Nuru drives business development and content acquisition in Rwanda. An Economics and Management graduate, Nuru holds a substantial experience of over 25 years in finance, business development, and management sectors earned from different countries in Africa.
